Monde Nissin names ex-PLDT CFO Anabelle Chua as new director, head of audit committee

Noodle and biscuit maker Monde Nissin of bilyonaryo Betty Ang has welcomed Annabelle Chua as its new director.

MONDE announced that Chua would serve the remainder of the unexpired term of former Finance Undersecretary Romy Bernardo who resigned to join the Monetary Board.

Chua will head the board’s audit committee and will join the committees on risk and related party transactions, and corporate governance, nominations, and remuneration.
