SSS issues warnings to delinquent employers in Paranaque: Unpaid contributions reach P1.7 million

The Social Security System (SSS) has issued warnings to eight delinquent employers in Paranaque City, who have accrued a total of P1.7 million in unpaid contributions and corresponding penalties.

According to the SSS, these contribution delinquencies impact approximately 82 employees.

Notices of violation were issued to business employers in Sun Valley and Merville in Parañaque City.

They have been advised to coordinate with the SSS within the next 15 days to settle their contribution delinquencies and avoid facing civil and criminal cases for violations of Republic Act No. 11199, also known as the Social Security Act of 2018.
